Just to clarify, I know what the Bible says on the topic. I’ve done my research and have been a believer for many years. This is also why I know context is key, and when people refer to Paul and his command to his people to have one sexual partner, it is what the Corinthians needed at that time. There was so much sexual immorality such as extreme amounts of prostitution, and many people were even dying from sexual diseases. In modern days, comparing this to sexual intercourse with, for example, a significant other (non-married), does not even seem comparable. Yet this is still what I hear many Christians refer to as sinful. I would love some input from other believers. What are your thoughts on the traditional belief of all premarital sex is bad?
