Do you have a family already and you are ready to make an addition? Are you sure that you want a specific sex of baby and you want to give yourself the best chance of having either a boy or a girl, whichever it is you want? There are ways to make sure your baby gender prediction is right about 99% of the time. Here are a few tips to help you avoid having all boys or all girls unless that is what you want.
The first tip has to do with your diet and it sounds strange, but it has been proven in many studies. If you eat a full breakfast and you consume at least 2,000 calories per day you are more likely to conceive a baby boy, than a baby girl. Now if you add magnesium to your diet and you have a light breakfast, then you will have a better chance of making the baby gender prediction of having a baby girl. I know it sounds strange, but it is a fact.
The second baby gender prediction tip has to do with your ovulation period. Every woman ovulates at some point during their cycle and as you probably already know this is the easiest time for your body to conceive a child because it is when the egg is fully ready to be fertilized by the sperm. However, it is not as simple as just having intercourse during ovulation because if you were to do this you would be leaving the sex of your baby up to chance.
This leads us to the final note and it has to do with sperm and timing. Since male sperm are the fastest of the bunch you will want to have intercourse during ovulation, but not at all the week before you ovulate. This gives the male sperm the best chance of reaching the egg and fertilizing it. The exact opposite works for female sperm because they are slower, but they outlive male sperm by about 3 days. This means if you have intercourse 4 days and 3 days before you ovulate all the male sperm can die off leaving only female sperm to fertilize your egg.
